作品內不可附有任何識別參賽者身份的資料或記認，並須按照以下創作形式遞交︰
  1. 圖片：形式不限。必須儲存為jpg / png 格式(不少於72dpi解像度)。
  2. 短片：影片時長不超過 60 秒。形式不限，如劇情片、紀錄片、綜藝片、動畫片、動態圖像等。影片格式解像度1080p或以上，橫拍（16:9）或直拍（9:16）均可，以mp4格式輸出影片，檔案大小不得超過100MB。
Entries must not contain any personal particulars, nor may they be signed or contain any text, symbols or pictures that represent personal information and must be submitted in the following format:
  1. Image: Any format/style is acceptable. Must be saved as jpg / png format (resolution no less than 72dpi).
  2. Short Video: Video duration must not exceed 60 seconds. All styles are acceptable, such as narrative film, documentary, variety show, animation, motion graphics, etc. Video resolution must be 1080p or higher, both landscape (16:9) or portrait (9:16) orientations allowed. Output must be in mp4 format, and file size must not exceed 100MB.

    The information you provide to the Occupational Safety and Health Council (the Council), including any personal data as defined in the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (the Ordinance), will be used solely for purposes related to the activities of the Council.
  2. 為讓你得知最新的本局活動，本局將使用你的個人資料，包括你的姓名、電話號碼、郵寄和電郵地址，將有關職業安全健康訓練課程、活動、服務及資訊提供給你。你的個人資料亦可能被用作本局之研究及統計用途。
    To keep you informed of Council's activities, the Council would like to use your personal data, including your name, telephone number and correspondence and email addresses, to update you in relation to our training courses, events and other OSH related information. Your personal data may also be used for our research and statistical purposes.
