  1. 繪圖：將畫紙原稿掃瞄成檔案*為JPEG/PNG/PDF格式，並不少於72dpi解像度，檔案大小上限為10MB；或
  2. 電腦繪圖：必須儲存檔案*為JPEG/ PNG/PDF格式，並不少於72dpi解像度，檔案大小上限為10MB；或
  3. 短片：時長不超過 60 秒；形式不限（劇情片、紀錄片、綜藝片、動畫片、動態圖像等）。解像度須為 1080p 或以上，橫拍（16:9）或直拍（9:16）均可，僅接受 MP4 格式，檔案大小不得超過 100MB。請將短片上載至雲端硬碟，將分享連結貼於 Word 檔內，再上載該 Word 檔。

Entries must not contain any personal particulars, nor may they be signed or contain any text, symbols or pictures that represent personal information and must be submitted in the following format:
  1. Drawing: Scan the original artwork as a JPEG/PNG/PDF file*, min. 72 dpi, max. 10MB.
  2. Digital illustration: Save as a JPEG/PNG/PDF file*, min. 72 dpi, max. 10MB.
  3. Short Video: Max. 60 seconds; any genre (narrative, documentary, variety show, animation, motion graphics, etc.). Min. 1080p resolution, landscape (16:9) or portrait (9:16), MP4 only, max. 100MB. Upload the video to a cloud drive, paste the shareable link into a Word document, and upload the Word file.

  1. 你向職業安全健康局(「本局」)所提供的資料，包括《個人資料(私隱)條例》所指的個人資料，只會用於相關活動。
    The information you provide to the Occupational Safety & Health Council (the Council), including any personal data as defined in the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (the Ordinance), will be used solely for purposes related to the activities of the Council.
  2. 為讓你得知最新的本局活動，本局將使用你的個人資料，包括你的姓名、電話號碼、郵寄和電郵地址，將有關職業安全健康訓練課程、活動、服務及資訊提供給你。你的個人資料亦可能被用作本局之研究及統計用途。
    To keep you informed of Council’s activities, the Council would like to use your personal data, including your name, telephone number and correspondence and email addresses, to update you in relation to our training courses, events and other OSH related information. Your personal data may also be used for our research and statistical purposes.
