參與機構須於報名後在網上平台遞交《精神健康職場約章》在相關行動項目(例如A,B,D,F,G,H)或其他有關推廣「職場溝通」的最少2張相片/影片/報告/相關紀錄 *，並附上不少50字且不多於400字的文字描述，亦需於文字描述中加上相關內容的日期。例如建立員工對話或分享平台、提供輕鬆交流空間、推行導師或員工支援計劃、舉辦精神健康相關的講座、工作坊、活動或宣傳推廣等，以促進員工溝通、分享與互相支持，營造關懷友善的工作氛圍等，即可獲得嘉許為「連繫職場機構」。*機構上傳的有關資料有機會用作宣傳物料素材，如遞交相片或影片，建議提交高清版本。
Participating organisations are required to use the online platform after registration to submit at least 2 photos/videos/reports/related records *, with a text description between 50 – 400 words, related to the action items (for example, A, B, D, F, G, H) of the Mental Health Workplace Charter or other initiatives promoting “workplace communication”. The test description must include the relevant dates and provide details of activities such as, such as establishing employee dialogue or sharing platforms, providing relaxing spaces for communication, implementing mentorship or employee support programmes, and hosting lectures/workshops/events/promotions concerning mental health. These activities help promote employee communication, sharing and mutual support, and create a caring and friendly work atmosphere, which will qualify for “Connected@Workplace Organisation" recognition. * The information uploaded by the organisation may be used as promotional material. It is recommended to submit high-definition versions if submitting photos or videos.
