Online Seminar on Work-at-height and Work-above-ground Safety for Construction and Property Management, Environmental Hygiene & Recycling Industry
**Participants can be awarded 1.5 hours statement of attendance and 1.5 CPD units under relevant accreditation services of the Hong Kong Safety and Health Certification Scheme.
Fall from height is one of the major causes of accidents in both construction industry and property management industry. Therefore employers and employees engaged in working at height and working above ground must pay attention to the risk associated with such works and implement appropriate safety measures. The Construction Industry Safety & Health Committee and Property Management, Environmental Hygiene & Recycling Industry Safety & Health Committee jointly organise an online seminar on "Work-at-height and Work-above-ground Safety" on 21 January 2021. Occupational Safety Officer of the Labour Department will address on how to reduce risk associated with such works, while consultant of the Council will introduce "OSH Star Enterprise–RMAA Safety Accreditation Scheme" and various sponsorship schemes for small and medium enterprises, which help the industry to enhance the safety at work. All are welcome.

It will be on a first-come-first-served basis.
