【Mental Health Workplace Charter / Joyful@Healthy Workplace】Online Seminar on “Mental health and resiliency amid COVID-19 crisis”

We are facing unprecedented challenge because of COVID-19. The pandemic affects our economy, physical health as well as mental wellbeing. People worry about themselves or their family members being infected, or losing their job. These emotional distress and anxiety may get in the way of our daily life and work. It is important for us to get to know more about mental health and ways to maintain mental wellbeing. Ethnic Minorities in Hong Kong are among the vulnerable groups who may have limited access to information about stress management and mental wellbeing. Hence, we are offering an online seminar on "Mental health and resiliency amid COVID-19 crisis" in English. Dr. Nimisha Vandan, Founder of Okayminds and former Post-Doctoral Fellow at the School of Public Health, the University of Hong Kong, will share mental health tips and ways to maintain mental wellness under COVID19. Public and Ethnic Minorities are welcome. Enrolment is open until 18 Feb 2021.
