Adopting a healthy lifestyle is essential for preventing and controlling hypertension, and healthy eating is one the integral parts. In this webinar, professor of Chinese medicine from School of Chinese Medicine, Hong Kong Baptist University, will introduce different healthy dishes which help manage blood pressure. The speaker will also address seasonal health preservation and dietetic theories.
