“Best Program for Work Safety & Health in Hot Weather” Briefing Session cum Online Seminar on Prevention Heat Stroke at Work
Working under hot environment is likely to have a higher risk of suffering from heat stroke, be careful of being “ignited”. Both employers and employees should adopt suitable controlling measures to enhance working safety. The Council will hold an online seminar on 31 May 2022, at which the representatives of Labour Department will address the control measures of preventing heat stroke at work under hot environment and introduce the heat stress assessment, representative of corporation will share the best practice on preventing heat stroke in workplace. Besides, the Council’s senior consultant will introduce the details of the newly introduced award — “Best Program for Work Safety & Health in Hot Weather” under “21st Hong Kong OSH Award”, beware of heat stroke.
