In hot summer, heatstroke could occur if an employee works in a hot environment for a prolonged period of time. Apart from drinking water and taking rest in a cool place at a certain time. What should we do in health preservation during summer to avoid heatstroke? In this webinar, a registered Chinese medicine practitioner will talk about the tips for preventing heat stroke in Chinese medicine, and also share some food that can clear heat to help the public to make healthy food choices in summer.
Target audience: People from all walks of life, especially workers who work outdoors.
