【Joyful@Healthy Workplace】Online Seminar on Chinese Medicine Pain Management – Relieving Work-Related Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs)
Persistent shoulder and neck pain, along with lower back discomfort, may be warning signs of work-related musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs)! To address pain-related concerns and learn self-care techniques, OSHC has invited a registered Chinese medicine practitioner to analyze common causes of musculoskeletal disorders at work, share pain management strategies and Chinese medical treatments.
Enrollment will be closed on 25 September 2025 (Thursday). All are welcome to join.
