Online Seminar on “Managing Work Stress”
Employees in today’s fast-paced working environment may often come across different levels of stress, which can affect both health and productivity. OSHC’s Printing, Information and Communication Safety & Health Committee is hosting an online seminar in which occupational health nurse from the Labour Department will introduce the symptoms of work stress, its impact on health, and strategies to deal with it. Consultant from the Council will also introduce the Joyful@Healthy Workplace programme and share tips on fostering a positive work environment. Welcome to join.
