【Heart Caring Campaign/Joyful@Healthy Workplace】Online Seminar on Stay away from the three highs, protect your heart

Cardiovascular diseases are among the most common fatal illnesses in Hong Kong. Closely related to these diseases are the “Three Highs” (high blood pressure, high blood sugar, and high blood lipids) and coronary heart disease, which pose significant health risks to the public. To enhance public awareness of these diseases and promote preventive measures, the Occupational Safety and Health Council will host an online seminar on December 8, 2025. A registered nurse from The Chinese University of Hong Kong Hospital has been invited as the guest speaker to share professional knowledge and practical advice, helping participants better manage their health and prevent cardiovascular diseases. The registration deadline is December 2, 2025 (Tuesday). All are welcome to join!
