Physical seminar on Safety in Large-scale Building Maintenance Works [Attend in person]
*CPD units under Hong Kong Safety and Health Certification Scheme: 2.5. This seminar is an “Official” and “Core” learning activity related to“Professional Practices”under the CPD Scheme of the PMSA. Holders of Property Management Practitioner Licence may earn a maximum of 2 CPD hours upon completion of the seminar.
When carrying out large-scale building maintenance projects, high-risk operations are involved. If proper safety measures are not implemented, there is a risk of serious injuries. The Council will hold a " Safety in Large-scale Building Maintenance Works” Physical seminar with the Labour Department on 28 Jan 2026 (Wednesday). Representatives from OSHC, Labour Department, government departments, industry professionals, and associations will share insights through case analyses of accidents, the latest regulations, fire safety measures, practical experience, and the use of innovative technologies to improve construction safety. This aims to strengthen the safety knowledge of stakeholders in construction and property management industry.
Enrollment will be closed on 21 January 2026 (Wednesday). All are welcome.
Target audience: Practitioners from the construction industry, RMAA, property management companies, property owners, and individuals interested in the topic.
*Seats are limited and registration will be made on a first-come-first-served basis. On-site registration will not be available.
