Online Open Seminar on Safety of Lifting Operation in Construction Site

Lifting appliances are widely used for different kind of lifting operation in construction sites to improve productivity, but improper operation can cause serious accidents. To enhance the safety awareness of the industries regarding lifting operation, the Occupational Safety and Health Council will hold an online seminar on 24 February 2026, at which the representative of Labour Department will address the related safety operation and regulations, and analyse related accident cases, while the representative of Hong Kong Professional Hoisting Engineering Association will share best practices. The seminar aims to enhance safety awareness among management and frontline workers, improving industry safety standards.
Enrolment will be closed on Friday, 20 February 2026. All are welcome.
