【Mental Health Workplace Charter】Property Management, Environmental Hygiene and Recycling Safety and Health Committee - Online Seminar on Preventing and Handling Workplace Conflicts
Frontline staff such as security guards, cleaning workers, and gardeners often interact with a wide range of individuals during their work, making them susceptible to disagreements or even conflicts. If these situations are not handled properly, they can not only harm team morale and collaboration, but also potentially damage employees' mental health and overall productivity.
To enhance employers’ and employees’ understanding of preventing and handling workplace conflicts, the Property Management, Environmental Hygiene and Recycling Safety and Health Committee under OSHC will hold a webinar on “Preventing and Handling Workplace Conflicts”. An invited expert will share insights into identifying the causes and signs of conflict, as well as practical strategies for effective resolution. This helps the industry foster a healthier and more harmonious working environment. Employers and individuals working in the industries are welcome to join.
Target audience: Individuals working in the Property Management, Environmental Hygiene and Recycling industry
