Heart Caring Campaign/Joyful@Healthy Workplace - Online Seminar on Decoding High Blood Pressure: Causes and Prevention
*CPD units under Hong Kong Safety and Health Certification Scheme: 1
High blood pressure is one of the major risk factors for cardiovascular diseases, which might lead to a number of serious health problems, including stroke, coronary heart disease and heart failure, chronic kidney disease, and even early death. Hypertension seldom causes symptoms and can be easily missed. To enhance public awareness of high blood pressure and promote preventive measures, the Occupational Safety and Health Council will host an online seminar on 25 March 2026 (Wednesday). A registered nurse from CUHK Medical Centre is invited as the guest speaker to explain the causes of high blood pressure and provide practical prevention methods or advice, helping participants to better manage their health. The registration deadline is 20 March 2026 (Friday). All are welcome.
To enroll, please provide your email address, which should be the same as the one used for login to your Zoom account. A confirmation email with a login link and event details will be sent to enrolled participants.
