Online Open Seminar on Electrical Safety in the Workplace and Accident Analysis

Improper use of electricity at work can cause electric shock, fire, explosion, resulting in severe injuries and even death of workers. Neglect of electrical hazards often causes serious accidents. Many of these accidents can be prevented as they are mainly caused by electricity users who lack basic safety awareness. To enhance the awareness of employees about electrical safety in the workplace, Occupational Safety and Health Council will hold an online seminar on 2 June 2026, at which representative of Labour Department will address workplace electrical safety and analyze related electrical accidents.
Enrolment will be closed on Friday, 29 May 2026. All are welcome.
Applicants must provide email address for getting the statement of attendance. Individual email address used for enrolment should be same as the email address used to login your Zoom account. Login and logout time of your Zoom account for the seminar is one of attendance requirements. Applicants who join the seminar using a mobile device should use the Zoom app to ensure complete and optimal experience. Confirmation email with online seminar link and details will be sent to successful applicants.
