Online Open Seminar on Safe Use of Tail Lifts and related safety regulations

Tail lifts are very commonly used in Hong Kong in the logistic industries and in fact all industries which have to move goods around. They are versatile tools and relatively simple to use yet failure to observe the required safety rules does lead to dire consequences. In order to enhance the awareness of the practitioners about the safe use of tail lifts, Occupational Safety and Health Council will organize an online seminar on 23 June 2026, at which representative of Labour Department will address the relevant legislative requirements for tail lifts and related accidents, safe design of tail lifts, potential hazards and preventive measures in tail lift operations.

Enrolment will be closed on Thursday, 18 June 2026. All are welcome.

Applicants must provide email address for getting the statement of attendance. Individual email address used for enrolment should be same as the email address used to login your Zoom account. Login and logout time of your Zoom account for the seminar is one of attendance requirements. Applicants who join the seminar using a mobile device should use the Zoom app to ensure complete and optimal experience.
