Improper use and storage of flammable substances, poor site housekeeping, overloading of electric circuits or welding work without appropriate fire precautions, etc. may result in fire outbreak. Serious fires occurred in construction sites and RMAA works will not only delay the completion date of the project but also lead to injuries and deaths. To enhance the knowledge of fire prevention, Occupational Safety and Health Council will hold an online open seminar on 14 July 2026, at which the representative of Fire Services Department and Labour Department will address the issues of fire protection in construction sites and RMAA works.
Enrolment will be closed on Friday, 10 July 2026. All are welcome.
