Renovation and maintenance projects often require the use of suspended bamboo scaffolding. Bamboo scaffolding is erected and dismantled, applied, and managed on the construction site or in the property. Slight carelessness may lead to serious accidents. Safety management system can prevent workers from falling from heights and therefore prevent accidents. To enhance the industry's understanding of the safe operation and management of scaffolding work, Occupational Safety and Health Council will hold an online open seminar on 21 July 2026, at which the representative of Labour department will analyse accident cases, aiming to enhance the safety awareness through good practices and experience sharing.
Enrolment will be closed on Friday, 17 July 2026. All are welcome.
