Improper postures during manual handling operations - such as lifting, pushing, pulling, or moving objects – may lead to back strain and injuries. OSHC’s Sedentary and Professional & Printing, Information and Communications Safety & Health Committees are co-organizing an online seminar in which an occupational health nurse from the Labour Department will explain the causes of back strain, preventive measures, and correct manual handling operations, as well as demonstrate workplace exercises. Consultant from the Council will share the 5S Good Housekeeping practice. Welcome to join.
