【Heart Caring Campaign/Joyful@Healthy Workplace】Take Back Your Health by Quitting Smoking: Understanding the Harms of Smoking and How to Quit online seminar

Smoking has been strictly prohibited across the entire construction site. Smoking not only increases the risk of fire, but also poses serious harm to personal health, raising the likelihood of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. “Second-hand smoke” and “third-hand smoke” can also affect the health of colleagues and family members. For your health and your family’s well-being, quit smoking now.

This webinar will cover the dangers of smoking and introduce the latest quitting methods, including medical treatments and services offered by various organisations. This webinar is designed for anyone who wishes to take the first step to quit smoking, and for personnel who are responsible for promoting occupational safety and health or helping employees quit smoking.

Applicants must provide an email address to receive the statement of attendance. The email address used for enrolment should be the same as the email address used to log in to your Zoom account. Logging in and out of the Zoom account at designated times for the seminar is one of the attendance requirements. A confirmation email with the online seminar link will be sent to successful applicants.
