CPD unit under Hong Kong Safety and Health Certification Scheme: 2.5
Lifting appliances and Load-shifting machines are widely used on construction sites, lifting appliances help facilitate various lifting tasks, while load-shifting machines are used to move loads, enhancing productivity and operational efficiency in construction projects. Occupational Safety and Health Council and Labour Department will organize an online seminar on 18 September 2026 (Friday). Experts from the Government and industry will analyze accident cases, sharing of good work practices, practical experience and applications of innovative technology applications in lifting operations, aiming to enhance safety awareness among management and frontline staff of the industry.
Enrollment will be closed on 14 September 2026 (Monday).
Target audience: Practitioners from the construction and individuals interested in the topic.
