Building an appropriate working relationship with supervisors has always been a common challenge for many working professionals. Building rapport helps foster mutual understanding and enables more open, effective communication. This webinar will explore how to express opinions constructively, develop positive relationships with supervisors, and apply practical communication techniques to resolve workplace conflicts, ultimately reducing the impact of workplace stress on mental health and fostering more harmonious working relationships and psychological well-being.
