CPD unit under Hong Kong Safety and Health Certification Scheme: 2.5
This online seminar is an“Official”learning activity related to“Professional Practices”in the“Core”content category under the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Scheme of Property Management Services Authority. Holders of Property Management Practitioner Licence may earn a maximum of 2.5 CPD hour upon completion of the online seminar.
Mobile Elevating Work Platforms are widely used for work-at-height activities, such as RMAA (Renovation, Maintenance, Alteration and Addition) works and exterior wall cleaning, improper operation of the machinery may lead to serious accidents. Occupational Safety and Health Council and Labour Department will organize an online seminar on 20 November 2026 (Friday). Experts from the Government and industry will analyze accident cases, sharing of good work practices, practical experience and applications of innovative technology in working at height, aiming to enhance safety awareness among management and frontline staff of the industry.
Enrollment will be closed on 17 November 2026 (Tuesday).
Target audience: Practitioners from the Construction, Electrical & Mechanical Trade and Machinery Services Industry, Property Management and individuals interested in the topic.
