Online Seminar on Eye Care Tips under the COVID-19 Pandemic

Under the COVID-19 pandemic, working from home and meeting online has become a new working model. The increase in screen time may not only worsen your myopia or astigmatism but also increase your risk of having eye diseases. The Sedentary and Professional Services Safety & Health Committee and Information and Communications Safety & Health Committee of the Occupational Safety and Health Council will jointly organise an online seminar on 16 April 2021. The representative from the School of Optometry of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University will share the eye care tips for using electronic device and explain if the blue-light from these devices hurt our eyes. The consultant from OSHC will also share some health tips for working from home. Enrollment will be closed on 13 April 2021. You are welcome to participate.
