Online Briefing Session Cum Seminar on Pilot Partnership Scheme 2.0 on Provision of Safe Light-duty Working Platform for Property Management Companies

Due to use of the improper and unsafe ladders for above-ground works, workers may fall from height, resulting in serious injury and death. To encourage contractors working in residential buildings/ estates to use suitable working platforms for above-ground works and to raise their safety awareness, Labour Department and the Council are going to launch the Second Round of Pilot Partnership Scheme on Provision of Light-duty Working Platform for Property Management Companies in March 2022. The Scheme provides working platforms to PMCs free of charge and so PMCs can provide lending service to their contractors.
Representative from the Labour Department will analyse accidental cases related to above-ground works, representative from PMC will share the experience for best practice in above-ground works. Representative from insurance company will explain products liability insurance and OSHC Consultant will share the tips of choosing proper light-duty working platform and introduce the scheme.
Enrolment will be closed on 28 February 2022 (Monday). You are welcome to join.
Target audience: property management industry, repair, maintenance, alteration and addition industry, property owners, tenants and all relevant parties.
