【Joyful@Healthy Workplace】Online Open Seminar on Managing Stress and Resolving Conflict during COVID-19 Pandemic

In view of the development of COVID-19 epidemic situation, it may not be possible to carry out normal social activities in order to reduce the risk of infection. During the pandemic, we have been stressed and felt anxious, or even have conflict with family. In order to cope with stress during pandemic, it may be overcome in understanding the source of stress and developing empathy. Occupational Safety and Health Council will hold an online seminar on 19 April 2022, at which the Registered Arts Therapist will address the method to deal with stress and resolve conflicts, and the skill to use empathy in the workplace and family. You are welcome to attend. Participants are recommended to prepare an object which can be lifted by one hand (e.g. one bottle of water, about 1kg) for the warm-up exercise.

Applicants must provide ID no. for getting the statement of attendance. Individual email address used for enrolment should be same as the email address used to login your Zoom account. Login and logout time of your Zoom account for the seminar is one of attendance requirements. Confirmation email with online seminar link and details will be sent to successful applicants.
