How to prevent heat stroke in the workplace under hot weather conditions? The Labour Department will publish new guidance notes to prevent heat stroke at work. A seminar cum exhibition will be held on 31 May, 2023, where Labor Department representatives will introduce the guidance notes and discuss control measures for preventing heat stroke. Winners of last year’s “Best Program for Work Safety & Health in Hot Weather” will also share their best practices. The seminar will cover this year’s promotional activities for “Prevention of Heat Stroke at Work in a Hot Environment” and “Portable Fan Sponsorship Scheme for SMEs”.
Attendees in person may visit the exhibition on the cooling products and join the prize quiz.

Participating in this event counts for 2.75 CPD unit under Hong Kong Safety and Health Certification Scheme. For enrollment, please provide the first four digits of your HKID number (e.g. A123).
