Occupational Health Conference 2026 - “The Sleep Health of Working People in Hong Kong and Strategies for Improvement” [Attend in person]

Sleep quality has a direct impact on workplace performance. Prolonged sleep deprivation or insomnia can lead to fatigue and reduced concentration and may also contribute to negative emotions - affecting physical and mental health, daily functioning, and productivity.

The Council will organise the Occupational Health Conference 2026 with the theme “The Sleep Health of Working People in Hong Kong and Strategies for Improvement”. The conference will feature specialists, physicians, and academics who will share insights into the sleep health of Hong Kong’s workforce and discuss practical approaches to addressing common sleep problems, including sleep apnea, strategies to optimise sleep and rest for shift workers, how good sleep strengthens resilience, and essential facts everyone should know about sleep health.

Target audience: Open to participants from all industries, with particular relevance to shift workers and working groups who are interested in improving sleep quality.

Registration deadline is 9 March 2026.

Seats are limited and registration will be made on a first-come-first-served basis. On-site registration will not be available. A statement of attendance is available for this Conference. Successful registrants will receive a confirmation email.
