CPD unit under Hong Kong Safety and Health Certification Scheme: 1.25
Heavy workloads, tight deadlines, and constant emotional strain are common pressures many working people face every day. If work-related stress continues to build up without proper relief, it can affect not only work performance, but also long-term physical and mental well-being — and may eventually lead to burnout.
To enhance working people’s awareness of work-related stress and help them acquire practical coping skills, the Health Care Services Safety and Health Committee will host an online seminar titled " Preventing Stress Overload: The Science of the 7-Well Stress Management Approach" on August 19, 2026. A clinical psychologist will discuss the causes and impacts of work-related stress and introduce the “7-Well Stress Management Approach” as a practical method for stress relief. Our consultant will also share workplace health promotion programmes that can support organisations in creating a healthy, positive and joyful working environment.
Enrollment will be closed on Friday, Aug 14, 2026. All are welcome.
To enroll, please provide your email address, which should be the same as the one used for login to your Zoom account. A confirmation email with a login link and event details will be sent to enrolled participants.
