【Heart Caring Campaign/Joyful@Healthy Workplace】Heart-Healthy Kitchen: Building Healthy Eating Habits with One Vegetarian Meal a Week Online Seminar

Obesity increases the risk of developing chronic diseases such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, heart disease, and stroke. Healthy eating is a key component of effective weight management. This online seminar will explain the relationship between healthy eating and weight management and share practical tips on how to gradually build heart-healthy, weight-friendly eating habits by starting with just one vegetarian meal a week.
The seminar is suitable for individuals who wish to improve their diet, manage their weight, prevent obesity, and maintain good heart health.

Applicants must provide an email address to receive the statement of attendance. The email address used for enrolment should be the same as the email address used to log in to your Zoom account. Logging in and out of the Zoom account at designated times for the seminar is one of the attendance requirements. A confirmation email with the online seminar link will be sent to successful applicants.
