Life moves at a fast pace, and prolonged stress, anxiety, and emotional distress can affect not only mental well-being but also increase the risk of cardiovascular conditions such as high blood pressure, coronary heart disease, and stroke. Participants will gain valuable insights into adopting a healthier lifestyle and protecting both their mental and cardiovascular well-being.
