Online Open Seminar on Sports and Injuries
Exercise is the key to good health. However, most of the people are too busy to exercise regularly, such that they could be easily injured when exercising. For instance, vigorous acts can be harmful for those who lack sufficient training and incompatible body conditions. In order to prevent from being injured in sports, the Occupational Safety and Health Council will hold an online seminar on 6 July 2021, with support from Hong Kong Association of Sports Medicine and Sports Science, CUHK Sports Medicine Team, at which Ms. Woon Yee CHEUK, Assistant Lecturer of Department of Orthopaedics & Traumatology, Faculty of Medicine, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, will address exercise precautions and safety tips. All are welcome.
Applicants must provide ID no. for getting the statement of attendance. Individual email address used for enrolment should be same as the email address used to login your Zoom account. Login and logout time of your Zoom account for the seminar is one of attendance requirements. Confirmation email with online seminar link and details will be sent to successful applicants.
